概述 |
SEB3M55-R RS485 Modbus-RTU總綫型閉迴路步進驅動器是在閉迴路步進驅動器基礎上增加了總綫通訊及單軸控制器功能。
該總綫閉迴路驅動器在功能上可以完全替代傳統脈衝方向控制的閉迴路驅動器,驅動器內置總綫通訊功能,採用Modbus-RTU總綫通訊,使用者可以同時控制32台驅動器,同時,改總綫閉迴路驅動器具有豐富的輸入/輸出介面,用於完成位置控制、速度控制、回原點等單軸運動控制功能,與傳統的閉迴路驅動器相比,這款總綫閉迴路驅動器特別適合多台數、遠距離、強干擾環境的場合應用,總綫閉迴路驅動器輸入電壓DC24V~50V( 最佳輸入電壓 DC48V),採用單電源供電,適配外徑56mm~60mm、相電流在5A以下三相混合式閉迴路步進馬達。
總綫閉迴路驅動器內部採用基於負載的電流控制技術,可有效延長閉迴路步進馬達使用壽命與降低發熱,驅動器內置有位置到達信號和報警信號輸出,方便控制器進行監測和控制。

報警功能 |
● 當 1 綠 1 紅 閃爍時,表示閉回路驅動器供電電壓低;解決方法:檢查閉回路驅動器供電電壓是否過低;
● 當 1 綠 2 紅 閃爍時,表示閉回路驅動器供電電壓高;解決方法:檢查閉回路驅動器供電電壓是否過高;
● 當 1 綠 3 紅 閃爍時,表示閉回路步進馬達相位開路;解決方法:檢查閉回路步進馬達接線是否錯誤;
● 當 1 綠 4 紅 閃爍時,表示閉回路步進馬達相位過流;解決方法:檢查閉回路驅動器MOS管是否損壞或閉回路步進馬達是否損壞;
● 當 1 綠 5 紅 閃爍時,表示閉回路步進馬達編碼器故障;解決方法:檢查閉回路步進馬達編碼器是否接線正確和是否損壞;
● 當 1 綠 6 紅 閃爍時,表示閉回路步進馬達編碼器回饋位置超差;解決方法:檢查閉回路步進馬達是否丟步;
● 當 1 綠 7 紅 閃爍時,表示閉回路驅動器其他故障;解決方法:寄回廠家檢測;
以上報警功能啟動時,步進馬達失去自鎖能力,若要回復正常工作,需要確認以上故障消除,然後重新上電,綠色電源指示燈常亮,驅動器回復正常。
▲ 注意:由於驅動器不具備電源正負極反接保護功能,因此上電前請再次確認電源正負極接線是否正確,否則電源正負極接反將導致燒壞驅動器中的保險管。
