Small and medium enterprises how to implement "machine substitutions"

Time:2017-11-18 14:29

一、small and medium enterprises to "machine substitutions" become a trend

Intelligent manufacturing products in recent years around the world are in big development, a variety of intelligent manufacturing system planning and implementation and development of large-scale pilot. Two sides of the capital policy help, "machine substitution" action flourished throughout the country. But in the current rising labor costs, speed up the industrial transfer under the background of steep pressure faced by small and medium enterprises, how to make industrial robots into more and more small and medium-sized enterprises has become an urgent problem.

Previously, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other provinces have announced the start of "machine substitutions" program. Take Guangdong as an example, in the next three years, the total amount of industrial technology investment will reach 943 billion yuan, and will promote more than 1950 industrial enterprises to implement "machine substitutions"". MIIT also issued "on the 2015 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration special action notice", decided to start this year more than 30 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects.

However, the industry generally believes that "machine substitutions" is not easy. In particular, the "machine replacement" should not be simply a machine instead of artificial, but should be combined with industrial upgrading. For small and medium-sized enterprises, but also need to combine their own talent, capital, demand for the situation.

   二、Train and recruit talents

If it is necessary to innovate the technology, it is necessary for the corresponding technical personnel to complete the work. If it's not available, then the decision maker should try to find a way to get one. Talent learning ability is also very important, automatic assembly workshop must have a lot of equipment, the company's personnel need to have the ability to learn quickly, can be familiar with the integrator system as soon as possible.

   三、clear the responsible party

Integrators and end users have the responsibility to ensure that the production process is correct. Integrators need to provide equipment according to customer requirements in accordance with requirements, expert guidance. The customer has the responsibility to provide the necessary information for the production equipment. Integrators and customers should cooperate in the process of production, installation and commissioning of the equipment. Usually, the biggest problem of a project failure is either the integrator's engineer fails to do it well, or the client's project manager does not provide the necessary conditions for the integrator to do well. Seamless communication is the most important part of a project.

   四、select reliable system integrators

   1、the appropriate scale

As a robot system supplier, scale is very important. Choose a large and full robot supplier, such as SIASUN, abb, system integration and robot ontology. Or select a small, fine robot supplier with a small number of employees, such as UR, such as KMT. These systems integrators have their own unique customer groups, such as some based in Wuhan to do the central market, some in East China mainly do East China customers, there are some large supply chamber for Asia and even the world. Bigger is not necessarily better, but smaller is not enough.

   2、professional areas

A qualified integrator is aimed at industry application integration. They are not only familiar with industrial robots, but also need to understand the production standards, production requirements, production processes in this industry. Good robotic company, robot systems that can't do well. Integrators selling to customers must be robots that can produce customer products, not robots themselves.

If you need a spray solution, don't contact a laser application integrator. Being skilled in a field, a professional integrator, is more likely to understand your needs and help you reduce unnecessary filtering.

No matter what kind of industry they are facing, a professional integrated chamber of commerce is very willing to listen to your needs, they will understand your purpose in detail, and then the feasibility analysis of these goals, but also will provide you with a budget range. Accurate communication and understanding are the two key factors of the project. You can judge the feasibility of the integrator from the feasibility analysis provided by the integrator. PS: an excellent integrator will generally charge you upfront fees for feasibility analysis.

Integrators must be absolutely aware of what the end customer is looking for and what degree of program and cost they can accept.

3、professional engineer team and project management team

When contacted with a professional robot system integrator, their professional technicians or sales, usually provide detailed engineering management and implementation details, will listen to your needs, and suggest that you carry out feasibility analysis or preliminary trial production. When you try production, you can understand the composition of integrators, see if there are many years of work experience of experts and engineers, or a large number of young students just graduated.

Ask them about training. Find out whether they offer only training for their products or a systematic training for you; know where the training is, whether to put all the training places in their factories, or in your factories. Remember, if the location of your factory is far from the supplier, the cost of travel and accommodation will be much higher than the cost of training.

The most likely thing to ask them is to be based on the current system application project and ask if they will provide a series of processes to develop their system applications. If they just give you a piece of white paper, quickly order a return ticket, and then go to another supplier. Cognitive training and some rote learning only apply to art and music, and people who have been trained to come back can't do many things. If your company has a training department or a training expert, ask them to assess the supplier training manuals and training courses, to ensure that the training is conducted based on the current application. If not, your money will be for naught. Investing in impractical training is absolutely impossible to get anything in return, and your company's technical support personnel must be able to understand and operate this system.

   4、professional documents

Professional robot system integrators generally have their own standard products, and also have their technical documentation for standard products. They usually make independent technical documents for different customers. If they are foreign integrators, they will also provide translation documents, of course, this part may produce costs.

   5、Promised spare parts

Although the stability of industrial robots has made great progress in recent years, they are still machines. The world has never been invented or never wear perpetual motion machine, therefore, your robot there will still be some fault.

Another important problem is to know if your supplier can provide you with the spare parts you need. Before you decide to pay, there are a few questions to understand: do they maintain all the spare parts of the equipment? Is it possible to supply spare parts on the same day of the problem? Do you have their spare parts distributors in the area where your company is located? Are they willing to transport these spare parts to you? Can their spare parts be purchased? Do they provide spare parts maintenance or exchange, or can they only buy new spare parts? If this supplier can't give you a satisfactory answer, look at other suppliers.

   6、professional services

If your company is a small and medium sized enterprise, training a system of technical waiters is a great expense, that is to say, most of the problems may depend on your suppliers.

A professional system integrator will have a special service department to deal with the problem of equipment service. They generally provide phone support, mail support, or their device assembly with remote support.

   7、clear warranty

Finally, you need to know about the warranty issues. When you talk to suppliers, that's probably a controversial issue. The first thing to be sure about is the time limit for the warranty they provide. 90 days warranty, one year warranty, or longer. Then you should ask them the warranty is based on three shifts, this operation is one week 5 days, six days or seven days. And then you have to understand the limited warranty time.

The machine substitutions also have to be realistic, the strength of large enterprises, investment can be more intelligent and automated equipment can be a little larger pace. Small and medium-sized enterprises with weak strength can also start from purchasing additional equipment, step by step, gradually update or transform equipment, improve the level of intelligent equipment and automation." An entrepreneur suggests.

"Numerous households pupil pupil, the new peach old fu". At present, our country small and medium-sized enterprise machine substitutions just unfolding, as long as the multi awesome, form a cohesive force, is worth looking forward to the prospect.
