Our complaint process
       When we received your complaint, in two working days to confirm receipt, and in seven days to solve relevant issues. The complaint data is strictly confidential and is handled by staff who have the appropriate experience and authority but are not directly related to the complaint.
       We are committed to ensuring that all complaints are satisfactorily resolved, but if our reply is not satisfactory to you, you have the right to refer the case to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce - consumer complaints center (12315). We will do our best to cooperate with the consumer complaints center.
